The library is holding a spring cleaing contest. Enter at the spring cleaning display in the library. Clean your locker before Thursday. Evidence is required to win this contest:
Either before and after shots
OR haiku (5-7-5) describing the before and after
Submissions may form part of the Sping cleanup display.

Remember to throw your garbage in the trash containers and recycables in the bins.

Winners will be announced on Friday.

Students who are going on the Art - History trip this Wednesday, this is a reminder that you are required to bring your student identification cards with you. Your student ID cards are required in Europe.

12 hour run is seeking responsible individuals to help keep the night rolling on the eve of the 12 hour run. There is a sign up list on the charity board which is on level 100 so get to the board ASAP.

Good Luck to the 18 students who have made it to the OFSAA provincial swim championhips. Etobicoke will be sending these swimmers tomorrow and Wednesday to the Olympium where they compete against the best in Ontario!

There are several new scholarships that have come in recently.
1. Padqett Business Scholarship - for children of owners of small businesses. The deadline is tomorrow so come in today.
2. Avid Scholarship - for students with physical disabilities
3. Whipper Billy Watson - Maurice Izzard awards are also for students with physical disabilities
4. Maytree Scholarship Program - for students who are refugees.

All of these scholarship are available in the Guidence Office.

For all grads going to Cancun in 14 days, the event package of $195 is due by the end of this week/Thursday to Lindy or Emma.

Students who are interesting in learning about Bishops University in Quebec, from a former ECI student who is currently there, should come to Student Services and sign up for a presentation. It will take place next week.

Are you interested in learning more about what engineers do? Are you thinking of a career in Engineering? You are invited to a presentation during National Engineering Week. Survivor week is finally here ECI! Survivor week is a competition between all the grades at ECI to see who is the best. The events include ballon popping, scavenger hunt and of course dodgeball.

There is a sign up list on the SAC office door. Rgere are only 20 spots, so sign up quickly before all spots are gone. Survivor week starts Friday and all next week.

After many months of hard work the Canadian Armed Forces has agreed to send a World War 2 Sherman Tank to ECI.

For the next several years students in the Auto shop will take part in restoring the 30-ton machine to operating condition. This historic vehicle should arrive at ECI in the next 2 weeks.

This is just a reminder that ECI's semi formal is Tomorrow. Doors open at 7:00pm and close at 7:30pm. Remember SAC cards are needed to get in.

All students who signed up for semester 2 night school classes should check the list of CANCELLED COURSES on the boards outside and inside Student Services. Also, be sure to pick up the white admit copy you need to take with you on the first night.
